Too much "paper trails" -- ip can be traced from email/posting... ask
isp for information about person since its a crime
Car can be a good tip... Wouldn't be suprise if on craiglist (within a few weeks) theirs an advertisement for hood jackets"...

I'm going to forward this article to my Vietnamese roommate, just because Vietnamese gangs make him embarassed about his heritage, which I find humorous.
 
I blame some of this thug crap on the gansta rap. I'm a huge fan of hiphop but even I have to admit that the proliferation of studio gangsters is'nt helping society.
