Hi All..
please help me make a better decision to choose a PC configuration. Below are the requirements/specs-
1. This is like a work horse/livelihood system for me. This will be home PC but mainly for my professional work. So it should be highly reliable. I'll be using mainly for PCB(Printed Circuit Board) design CAD applications(not 3D applications), electronics design/simulation aplllications. And internet browsing, MS-office applications. No serious gaming.
2. Budget 35,000 rupees (Indian Rupees) appx. 790 USD.
3. Parts will be purchased in India
4. Intel brand preferred
5. No current parts. All new build. My first build. I'll be procurig parts, PC will be built by a Hw pro.
6. I read AT recommendation build for last year & this year. E7500 & i3 builds. Interested in i3, but don't know how my applications will perform with i3 build.
7. Eventhough I'm in hardware field I may not tweek or explore/experiment much. Want a safer, reliable build which doesn't require repeated trouble shooting exercises
8. Not much gaming. Mainly CAD work. I'm already wearing spectacles due to eyesight problems. Request you to suggest a good monitor which is mild on eyes.
9. I need this as soon as possible. Once I finalise the configuration I'm gonna buy it.
Apart from above please check the following-
1. When I enquired with local vendors the price difference between E7500(2.93Ghz) & i3-530 based builds, was about 5000 Rs (115$). I'm in dilemma to go for E7500 or i3. In office I'm working on E7400 & not much issues. But I want to choose best which my budget can afford. At the same time I've apprehensions about new i3's reliability.
2. For i3-530 Intel mother boards are easily available than ASRock H55M Pro LGA1156 Micro ATX.(AT recomm.) Suggest a best mother board I can afford. If Intel suggest which is better option & what I may miss from ASRock.
3. Budget inclusive of a 2/4GB RAM,500GB HD,Basic KB+mouse, DVD-RW drive. No webcam or unnecessary stuffs. Video card may not be required. Good on-board video may be sufficient.
4. Above all there is temptation to go for a laptop!!?? if my applications can run without slowing down & gives value for money performance over the years. please advice

Thanks for reading such a long post. Any feedbacks will be highly appreciated...Thanks
