Yea man i do not know a bunch about Intel other then alot of people use them. I usually budget build so i stay with the AMD family. I would like to say you would be happy with that build. The two biggest things when building a gaming rig is Processor and GPU(Video Card) followed by ram. If you can shop around see if you can find a GTX660 or something with 2gb on it. Your dedicated 1gb video card with that processor im not to sure how excellent it would perform on higher settings.

From my quick review and research, yea man that seems to be making alot of people happy. Heard good things about BF3 on that processor. Worry about the processor now. Later on upgrade your graphics... give me a little while to check on your motherboard make sure its compatible.

Im assuming the case is the least important thing but I decided I'm probably going with the APEVIA X-TROOPER Series X-TRP-RD Black / Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case. If there is any size problems with that like I've read and you have a better idea for starters let me know

No need to thank me man, that is what this place is for, When you hear someone say 80plus certified Bronze, silver, gold, or platinum it means that the your power supply has "Cleaner Power". Everything in your computer uses delicate and exact amounts of power (Electricity). Getting an 80 plus certified bronze vs a power supply you choose will help improve the life of everything in your computer. A bronze certified power supply will cost you a little more but if you choose to go with a power supply that is not 80 plus certified its like "throwing the dice" with your fingers crossed. Your power supply could crap out sooner then youd expect, you could possibly hinder the performance of your PC under full load. From your description it looks like your case comes with a 400w power supply too. IF i were you at least i would get this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139026

It is a bigger PSU and is 80plus certified Bronze. It is $47, after a $20 main in rebate it turns out you really got it for $26.99. Turns out you get a better PSU that is 80plus certified and has more wattage then the Antec Basiq 350W ATX12V Power Supply you have in your build. Just like that ive saved you some money to go towards your Quad core processor :)

My bad.... you mean your network card. Yea go for the wired if that's all you have right now. You can always open it back up and had your internal wireless card, or get an external USB one. Easy fix my bad for not understanding at first ha

Was aready working on a reply, lol. All I currently have access to is wireless which is obviously slower, eventually I'll switch out the wired card for a better one when i can wired in the first place.

Hey man do yourself a favor, get a new case. Im glad i looked, That case does come with a 400w power supply. It is not 80 plus certified and that case is made for the PSU to be installed at the top of the case. That is a problem for heating. Think of a car with cold air intake. The intake comes from the bottom front of the case and leaves the at the top of the back of the case right where you power supply would be on this case. Hot air rises so youd need to remove that air from your unit to keep your temp down on that processor and video card.
