According to the Inquirer's latest news...

THE I875P chipset from Intel, formerly known as Canterwood, will be introduced in the week beginning the 14th of April, while Springdale chipsets and boards will be launched four weeks later.

That is the schedule for the introductions according to partners close to Intel plans, and indicate that that's the time period when all Intel's desktop CPUs will start to support hyperthreading.
Obviously, if Intel is going to unveil Canterwood on April 14, then it is probably going to unveil at least one 800MHz FSB HT processor at that time. I predict Intel will release the P4 3.2 (and possibly 3.0) with 800MHz and Hyperthreading on April 14 or shortly thereafter, and then release the 2.8, 2.6, and 2.4 with 800MHz and Hyperthreading the following month, when Springdale ships.
