What temps should I be seeing with this set up? I,m seeing 45c idle and 60c load. Is this okay?

I'm not as familiar with safe P4 temps, but on AMD systems I'm not comfortable with anything above 50C. You may want to get an aftermarket cooler for that bad boy.
