First Overclock Good?Bad?Safe?

So i just overclocked for the first time i have a 2600k and asus deluxe motherboard. I used the auto setting and got it to 5014. I was wondering if this is pretty good for auto and if this is safe my idle temp right now with nothing running is 34c i have a h70 with gentle typhoon29. In addition to get the 5ghz it started me at 30percent waited a minute did jumped me up to 4.8 restarted my machine then the third time got me to 5ghz when i hit the stop button.

Thanks, my main concern is i do not want to fry anything so if anyone thinks i should reduce my oc let me know
