Nice view from your balcony. It looks like you're in the east valley somewhere (you can see downtown and what looks like Red Mountain in the pic).

Try leaving next door to a brazilian family. I can't sleep past 10 on the weekend anymore, they never talk to each other just yell.

Whenever we visit NV or AZ, I love 110 dry heat vs 90 with humidity.
