First new rig after 3 years

After doing some research and finally getting the money, I'm ready to buy my next rig.
I'm going from this:
AMD64 3200+
Radeon X800XT
MSI K8N NEO2
1GB Mushkin

to this:
E8400 Wolfdale (If i can find one)
EVGA Geforce 9800 GX2
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L
4GB Mushkin DDR2 800

Going in a Thermaltake Armor VA8000BWS case powered by an Enermax Liberty 500W power supply.
I just wanted to run it by you guys before I make my purchase since I haven't been able to keep up with all the hardware changes in the past 3 years. Also, if any of you guys know where they are selling the Wolfdale core now, that would be nice since Newegg is still sold out.

I wouldn't buy a 9800gx2, rather a 9800gtx. The 9800gxw will soon be replaced by a complete new architecture.

Why the 750i mobo and not just a p35 chipset ? And I'd prolly rather buy a different PSU then a enermax liberty 500w.

Thanks hnzw, it was out of stock earlier this morning. Marc, actually I'm not sure why I put that there. I'm actually going to purchase a GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L. And whats wrong with the Enermax? I've got one in my current comp and had no problems with it. Or do you mean that I need a bigger power supply.

No, no need for a bigger powersupply. There have been some issues with enermax liberty's though, and although chances are slim, some went out with a little firework. I'd keep your old one, but if you need a new PSU, depending on the price, I'd prolly buy this: http://www.buy.com/prod/corsai...loc/101/205852646.html it's 60$ if you use the google checkout.

Ok, sounds like a good deal. Thanks for the update on the Gforce also, I'll just get a cheaper one until I see what they release in a couple months. And of course, Newegg is sold out of E8400s again. Thought I could wait until after work to grab one.
