Good for him. But personally, his team blows. He had his first test today, and he hasn't been in a single seater since november. I hope his career doesn't go downhill from here because he joined a sh*tty team, which has ruined many young hotshot careers. :(

Michael only drove for Jordan for one race... and he got plucked out by Benetton. Plus Jordan was in better position back then than they are now. :p

Nick Heidfeld was almost forgotten after having been in sh*tty teams all these years.

It was Michael Schumachers first grand prix race though. Thus he started with Jordan.

Nick Heidfeld is with Williams-BMW this year. His biggest problem was Ron Dennis and his penchant for young Finnish drivers. He was slotted for a McLaren-Mercedes drive but then Ron gave a young Kimi Raikkonen a shot instead of Heidfeld. Turned out to be a good choice actually.

Still, it will be difficult to evaluate his driving skills because he will be in an uncompetetive car with another rookie teammate. At least if Eddie Jordan had one seasoned driver and this kid was consistantly faster other teams would take notice.

Hey, Mark Webber started out with Minardi though so if he has talent it shouldn't go unnoticed.

Jordan has dumped both of their drivers from last year... granted they didn't set the field on fire... but if these two new guys do the same thing then maybe their names will just be forgotten next year if they got dropped too.

Mark Webber had those flashes of brilliance... especially with the point scoring finish in a Minardi @ Australia. :D ...and then those fast qualifying runs at Jaguar.

I can't even remember what Jordan's drivers last year did other than them being lapped.

Well with the injection of cash into Jordan's budget this year I hope they do better.

They were challenging with...and sometimes losing to Minardi. That and the DNFs. Did Jordan score any points last year?

4 more weeks...

Montoya topped the timesheets in testing today. I just hope someone can challenge Ferrari and Michael Schumacher this year.
