I never had to deal with a credit card chargeback before, but wow... it's a nice way to get a company's attention!
Company in question: SOE
Issue: Got charged for the wrong item in a web-cart screw up... "All sales are final."
Cliffs: Went to renew my station account, ended up somehow getting charged for a different product (cookie error maybe). Emailed SOE through their "Help" thing since they have no CSR phone number or anything.

(crickets chirping)
...
...
Call credit card co... file dispute, get charge reversed...
...
Two more days of crickets with no reply, then all of a sudden "whoa, uh, Hi, this is SOE... we've refunded you the offending charge and fixed your account... please call your credit card company and let them know, have a nice day!"
I've got to use credit cards more often!
