First cooling gear for light overclocking?

I run a bone stock Antec 300 with stock i3 cooler. No extra fans.

I would like to start overclocking (lightly) as I am soon getting BadCompany 2 for which my system is a little light.

So I'm thinking about a cheap, decent CPU cooler to replace the Intel stock cooler and a front fan blowing air in (which will then be sucked out by the rear and top fans, refreshing all the motherboard and going through the graphics card).

Only criteria is that it's all decently cheap and that I can order it on amazon.de (to Luxembourg). I may try Alternate.be if needed. There are no hardware stores here in Lux and it's hard to find what we need.

For the front fan, I wouldn't mind it to glow red or blue... it's the only tacky addition I would consider :whiste:

Look for Yate Loon D12SL (low) or D12SM (medium, if you don't mind a little noise) for the intake fan. They're usually $2.50 - $5 USD.

For the CPU cooler, the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus is the way to go.

agree with this post, the CM 212+ is a great budget cooler. I also have a antec 300, im running 2 Yate Loon D12SM intake fans they are great.
