First computer, Mobo doesn't seem to be fitting...

Okay, I posted my specs on Gamefaqs a while back, and all my parts seemed in order. However, I am now building my computer (just got parts today) and the motherboard doesn't seem to fit into this,. Am I just trying to do it wrong, or is it really too big? I think it might be the case, because some of the ports on the back don't seem to be lining up correctly, but I don't really have enough XP to know for sure. Please help.

it should fit. without actually seeing it, it will be hard for us to help you. there isn't any unusual configurations you should be aware of so keep working at it.

Okay, I wish I had my bro's digi cam to show you some pics of it- in a stupid move, I just wanted to put pieces together I had gone ahead and put my processor in, should I be able to get it out without damaging it?

The thing is when I try to put it in, some of the ports don't align right with the holes cut in the back, I may have to buy a new case I guess. Please help anyone who might have a similar setup 🙁 and has experience with this board or case

Globus, look at the second half of this page for some photos relating to this. The rear I/O shield pops out. Notice that your motherboard came with one whose port holes do line up... you'll want to use that one in place of the one that the case came with.
