First computer build up need help.

This is my first computer buildup its an abitbx6 revision2 with a PIII 450. Everythings working fine except it wont let me install my elsa erazor III the card is in but when I try to load the drivers it says card not detected and insists that I use the windows display driver at 640x480. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks, Alfred
