Looks fine, although that LCD doesn't take DVI inputs, which is a big minus. Also that RAM is kinda expensive for its quality, look at this, its $30 cheaper and has better timings.
Check this LCD, it has dvi, 16ms, and a $50 mail in rebate so its $276.
 
Muskin is awesome. If I can have a say i would say any asus board is better than msi. Msi boards are prone to blown caps down the road. In my repair shop i have seen over 4 boards that were msi cause reboots. I inspect the board and they were bad caps. Blown, some even leaking.
