Hopefully they had Liberty Mutual, otherwise that drive-off depreciation is gonna suck.
And "good". That's a fucking butt-ugly color for a car.
It's difficult for people to comprehend how much power 700 HP is. Even having AWD wouldn't be enough to make this safe. You could spin all 4 tires at once, and you could probably do that in third gear.If you can't drive it, don't buy it. Can't stress that enough.
Hope he even had it insured to begin with.
I really don't think they were intended to be F-1's
:hmm:
It's Chrysler/Dodge, so it was junk before the idiot crashed it.
If you can't drive it, don't buy it. Can't stress that enough.

A Quality Assurance Engineer/Structural Designer who can't drive/take control of a 707hp car. Will the car be replaced by insurance?

You know what's funny? This was already posted in ATTG, mother fucker!

That color looked hot circa 1972, with lots of black decals and racing stripes. 2015? You should have your head examined.

Yet that color wasn't original to 1972....and that picture you posted is a pretty recent repaint.
This page has the short list of 1972 colors and the greens are kind of lackluster.

The wreck happened in Colorado....who knows, maybe the guy driving was stoned or he hit an icy patch in the road.![]()
My guess is the insurance for these cars, which was likely to be high already, is going to get even higher. So, if you were thinking about getting this car and were pissed at the insurance quote you can thank morons like this guy.

They really should offer driving classes with the purchase. That's too much power for the standard "Well, I used to own a Civic Si" driver to handle.
Can anyone actually use 700HP?
It's also too much power for the "Well, I used to be a Dodge Aries" brakes and suspension to handle. It's the perfect storm of idiot driver, too much power and badly engineered car that's selling on retro chic rather than BMW-level design.
I need this because of reasons.HELL YEAH. It's a sad day to see such a great car ruined by incompetence.
