First build, wont boot up help..

Ok so im building a new system, this is my first build. Im using a a P4 on an Albatron MB. Its all in my Aspire case with a power supply that came with the case. But when i finally go to boot almost nothing will power on. The CPU and CPU fan won't start, and the video card Fan wont start. Neither will any of the external fans. However, the front LEDs and tempature gauge will light up. So im not sure if its the power supply that wont put out enough power, or maybe the MB is messed up. Anyway, I'd apreciate any help. Thanks.

Just a few quick basic suggestions:

- Check to see that you have your case wires connected to your mobo properly (ie power switch, hd led, etc.). Check your mobo documentation, diagram should be in there.
- Make sure your power supply is connected to your mobo properly and isn't loose, also if your mobo requires that 4 pin connection from the PSU make sure that's plugged in too.
- Make sure the switch on the back of the PSU is turned on ( "-" should be pushed down)

That's what I would double check first...
