Your Motherboard is an OPEN BOX deal. So no. No cables.

Example of SATA data cable:

Note that they can also come in a 90 degree variant, sometimes needed because the straight connection gets in the way of something. They also come in various colors if you care about that sort of thing. Look at stores though, since shipping usually is more then the cable.

Edit:
Open Box policy of Micro center
The products marked as Open Box are products that have been returned to Micro Center or may be products previously on display. Returned or open box items may be missing non-essential parts - manuals, original packaging, etc. - however they are still functional, working products. Because of the nature of these products, it is possible that the condition of items will vary when ordering more than one.

So you may or may not have cables.

Power cables come from your power supply. The DVD will use a 4 pin Molex connector and the HD will use a SATA power cable. The connections should be obvious when you see the hardware in front of you.
