First build - Ninja mounting questions

I am starting my first build. I have the P180 case, the Bad Axe 2 mobo, and the new Ninja. I picked up a Scythe universal rentention kit, intending to use it rather than the push pins. The directions I got from Scythe and from some of the forums is to use the rails, copper spacer, and the 478 mount.

Here's my first question - how in the world does the mount connect to the rails in any way that is secure? The 939 mount raises the same question.

My second question - the directions say to attach the copper spacer to the ninja, not the processor. How does it get attached so it doesn't fall off when connecting the ninja to the mobo?

I hope you are you installing the ninja on the motherboard BEFORE you put it in the case, right? Ninja heatsinks are notoriously difficult to put on when the board is already inside the case. Trust me on this one. Next have you GOOGLED this information? Next the instructions shouldn't be that hard to figure out, I'd go google it and ask someone who has the same platform as you. I own a Ninja on a P4 based system as my Core2 duo is watercooled. Next why do you want to use the universal retention kit if it already has a way to hook it up without using it, thats infinitely faster and easier?

Yes, I will be installing the NInja before I install the mobo. I am looking at using the universal retention kit as I have read numerous posts about the push pin system not securing the Ninja as well as the bolt-through system.
