First build - need some help

I just completed my first build. I have a Bad Axe 2 mobo, and two Sata HDDs NOT in Raid. When I start up the computer, I get a message indicating "Adapter 1 - no array is defined, no disks detected. Then it says "initializing and establishing link." After a minute of so of that, I get the following message "PXE-E61 media text failure - check cable, PXE - MOF- "and something about Intel Boot Agent, and then "no bootable device - install boot disk and press any key".

When I get into the bios, it shows all my drives.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
