Anything I should change in this build? Can anyone suggest a better video card? Any suggestion's welcome.

Looks pretty good to me. I would change the psu to a Seasonic S12 430W and change your HSF to an Xp90 w/ a Pannie (or a low cfm super quiet 92mm if your not oc'ing). The 800XL is a great bang for buck gfx card.

I don't recognize the PSU, get a good Enermax or Fortron Source one.

And people still use Floppy Drives?

A Fortron 450W with massive 12V rails is $50. get that instead

the X800XL is fine, in fact its faster and better than the 6800GT in many many games.

yes, XP-90 or even one of the new Cooler master heatsinks. XP-90 with a recommended Panaflo.

Which Panaflo do I get? It says its for case but it'll work on CPU? I guess I'll get the one from svc since its cheap. Wish I could get the Seasonic S12 but it puts me a little over budget.
