First blue screen in XP

Hey all, I just got my first blue screen in XP. It shut the computer down and then gave me the following error message codes:

BCP4 : 00000001 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 0_0 Product : 768_1

Anyone know what these are, if it something I can fix, I will, but I have no idea where to look.

i get blue screen in both XP and 2K whenever i use both zone alarm and video conference on netmeeting

Must not be to hard cause every once in a while i get memory dump BSOD's...dunno why it does that...maybe u guys can help

Not hard for me to get BSOD's. They happen to me every few minutes, mainly stop errors. My installation is very unstable and I think it's because of the motherboard (leadtek 7350kda). Others have gotten it to work, but not me.
