it's pretty darn impressive! Currently im using a 128MB of Mushkin HSDRAM PC150 on p3 800EB w/Abit BE6-2 rev.2 & CL Annihilator2 32MB and my first attempt to start bumping up FSB was 155mhz. It booted with no troubles, no fatal errors or any. At 930mhz it was blazing fast in any 2D apps so far but I can't play 3D games at least for now. :( It freezes when I run Q3A demo. I think because the AGP bus ratio is limited at 1/2 in my SoftmenuIII bios. Im going to go and check the ABIT site for bios updates that might allow setting it to 2/5(66mhz/166mhz). Anybody who owns Abit BE6-2 happen to know about this if it's possible to have 2/5 agp ratio setting?

well u have a BX board and BX only support 1/1 and 1/2 agp speed... no bios update will ever fix this

The BX is incapable of any other AGP ratios other than 2/3 and 1/1. I'm interested as to how you obtained that 1/2 AGP ratio for your BX based BE6-2 board.

Yes, this mobo does have AGP ratios upto 1/2 but not any further, that's why Im able to reach this speed @930mhz and this bx board seem to be very friendly about it.

The reason why I mentioned about trying to find if further AGP ratio setting may come out for this mobo is because I heard from someone that Abit might have bios update for AGP/PCI ratio setting for 200mhzFSB and up. Now, this may not be true but I wanted to find out, can u explain to me what gives u enough credibility about this not ever will happen, i just to hear your explanation, thats all..if you would. thnks. :) please reply.

Is there any other way to take care the problem with my video at this system speed?? what about the vid card setting AGP 2X switching to 1X would help?? Are there any other ways?

Your Board does not have a 1/2 AGP Divider. It has a 1/1 Divider and a 2/3 Divider. The BX Chipset is incapable of having a 1/2 divider.

Which means at 155mhz, your AGP is running at near 102mhz bus. If it had a 1/2, it would be 77.5, which almost every newer AGP card would be able to handle.

I am very sorry about that to you all. My fault. I made mistake and got sloppy about the AGP ratio dividers. Yes, there's no 1/2 :)

Can anyone tell me if u know how to resolve this video instability?

I too did some FSB stability testing with my combo. I used an 866EB and was able to operate at 155 CAS2. The CL GTS2 seems to handle these insane AGP speeds ok (103.3 Mhz!).

After 155 I would get some video distortion when it posted.

cheers

ps - the moral of the story is your card should handle FSB upto 100 or very slighty higher. Turn down your memory settings some to see if it is mem or vid. Your PCI is at 38.75 which is approaching problem speeds on some cards. Also your processor maynot handle 930 Mhz.
