First 2TB 2.5" hard drive?

It's 15mm tall so it won't fit in most (any?) notebooks, but it would certainly fit in most ITX/SFF cases that specify 2.5" drives. It would be a really tight fit - if it would fit at all - in Antec's tiniest ISK case.

AFAIK this is the first 2TB 2.5" drive.

The price premium vs a 2TB 3.5" drive (~$100) is too high IMHO since its use would be limited to SFFs. Interestingly, its warranty is listed as 3 years on Newegg as opposed to the standard 2 year warranty on other WD Green drives.

What do you think?

If it does not fit in a notebook, I don't much advantage in it. 2 TG drives are somewhat unreliable in 3.5 form factor. How will smaller improve reliability?
