Updated bios to the latest firmware.

it restarted, but now won't even post.

Power might have gone out, I dunno.

What to do? The fans power on but there's nothing on the screen.
 
Assuming it was a successful bios flash, I would check the user's manual for instructions/location to resetting the cmos.
