firmware update for plextor 12/10A

Whenever I tried to update my drive to 1.07, nothing would happen. I would have to ctrl alt del to quit the firmware program. Has anybody tried to update their firmware to 1.07 successfully?
 
Sure did, no problems at all...try redownloading the program maybe? It could be corrupt for whatever reason...who knows. But yeah, it did work for me. Sorry I can't be of more help
