Had to change the NB strap from auto to 1333

I could easily do 3.2ghz from 2.13 on my xeon quad core, but now I can't even hit 3.0ghz. 3.2 would be 400 x 8 and run my ram at default, but it will not even do 375.

I have an x3210 cpu
hd4850
2x2 gig of crucial ddr2 pc6400
2 x 640 gig drives in raid 0
xfi fatality

cpu temps are very good with Tuniq Tower 120


Any advice at all?

I can set it to Auto OC and use the V12 setting, but hat is only 275 fsb up from 266. 🙁
