things i like about it
powersupply outside so no extra heat
3 firewire ports for daisychaining and firewire repeater
fan


things i'm not sure about
construction of case (not aluminum but is metal)


so the 5 things i need really

usb2 and firewire.
more than 1 firewire port for chaining
aluminum case
powersupply outside
fan
supports 250 gig 3.5

this lookslike the one to get.

anyone know of a good converter kit like this. or can tell me if they have this if it's any good?
