Firewire header on PCI card

Do any PCI firewire cards have a header so that I could use the front firewire port on my Antec Aria case?

Yes many have that capability but personally if I was to recommend a Firewire PCI card for purchase it would be in the Firewire800 protocol

Here is one, there are many. May have to buy an adapter cable, as I don't know what sort of connection your case provides.

I have several firewire devices, and I would not worry about which protocol to get at this time. The number of devices that support 400 yet alone 800 is so small that I don't feel it is warranted. I guess it depends on what you want to hook up.
