Firewall with static IP addresses behind it...

I am looking for a firewall that will allow me to have public, static IPs behind it. The reason for doing this is because the computers in question are running special software, and I do not believe private IPs will work. I tried SnapGear to death and am not going to bother with that anymore. I do recall using a SonicWALL SOHO 2 to do this. I will probably check out the SOHO 3. Does anyone have any recommendations in that price range? I'm looking for something that is easy to setup and that will work without hassles.
