FIrewall/VPN Recomendation !!

My company finally agree with me about getting firewall for our corporate office and all our user who works from their home.
Budget cannot go over $5k-6K. I was thinking about getting sonicwall pro 220 for the corporate and still deciding what would be good for the home users (33 of them). I need something small but a full blown firewall features such as SPI, packet filtering, etc. The more features the better, but they have to be within the budget and able to create VPN corporate Sonicwall Firewall. I am leaning towards webramp 700s ($100 at ebay). My reasearch told me that they have a very similar web interface as the sonicwall which will make things easier to administer. Any suggestion ???

About the only boxes that I can think of that would fit ( come close to ) your budget and still "work" are the Zywall Series. You can get the Zywall10 for less than $200. Good for the home users. You could get away with a Zywall 50 for the main office, but a 100 would give a little more "horsepower" Also, since you need to buy 34 boxes, I would think you could prob work out a discount with one of the resellers. Stay away from the Linksys class of stuff. It's just not robust enough. I would also STRONGLY suggest you stay away from obsolete stuff like the WebRamp.
