hi i use sygate firewall. i have a question.i run win2k. there are these 2 items that keep bugging me as the firewall keeps telling me taht they are trying to access the net or something, these dont seem like progarms i installed, but they seem more like win2k things, anyways, i do not let them past the firewall because i have no clue what they are.

NT Kernel & System
Generic Host propcesses for win32
Services and controllers app
i dont know whatthey are and thus dfo not let them past the firerwall, are they a threat or something? are they essential system things that should be allowed to go through the firewall?
