Its not really a big deal for me, but what would be some reasons why the windows firewall is blocking a network connection between 2 computers running Windows XP? I'm new to the whole networking thing when it comes to adding IP addresses and all that software stuff. When I connect the 2 computers together and share files with each other, including sharing the printer, I can only connect to the files and the printer if I turn off the firewall on both computers. Is there anyway to keep the firewall on while still being able to connect to each computer? Thanks in advance.
