Firestone f'd up my car............

I was working this morning so I dropped off my car at the Firestone Tire center next door for an oil change and alignment. Since I no longer have time to do the oil my self I have been taking it to this place for about the last 3 times and they have always treated me nice and done a good job.

Well, they screwed up big time! I left without checking the car over and after I arrived home it was parked for about 20 minutes. I went to leave and find a huge puddle 2' by 1' and a trail all the way over to where I backed up to. I bend down and see its pouring out of the bolt. I grab a rag and hand tighten the god damn bolt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the level and nothing is showing up on the stick? Call them back up but they closed at 3:00pm.
I really don't think the alignment was done either as my car still pulls to the left no matter what lane I'm in so its not just the crown of the road.

Take it back to them tmw and demand they finish the job... after that never go to that place again...

I want to get some time stamped pics of the mess it made and ram it down thier throats! Problem is I can't get time stamping to show up on my canon 230?

firestone f*cked up my car too..

i got my tires rotated and aligned.

after i got it back, i was driving around on the freeway, and i hear this griding sound.

so i bring it back.

GET THIS.

They did not tighten my lug nuts!!!!

WTF??? i was so damn pissed!!

take a picture with the mess in the background and a newspaper in the foreground.
