Fireofox dont follow mouse command anymore?

This is weird. I set my "back" button on my MX518 to "Close Application" it close every windows EXCEPT firefox. In firefox it goes back. This just recently started happening and its annoying me. I updated my mouse drivers too, so thats not the issue.
 
just redo the "Close application" setting in the mouse settings again (even if it's already set to that). Change it to something else, then change it to the way you want, kinda like resetting it.
