Firefox's signed addon requirement

I believe it suppose to start in Firefox 41. Is there anyway around it or to disable it ? I know I could always use Waterfox or Palemoon but some addons don't work in them. For example Flagfox and Flash Control doesn't work in Waterfox

That is what Classic Theme Restorer is for!

Fk your Classic Theme Restorer it don't work with Windows DPI.

An then all the Plugins and Add On's only have a 50% workability let alone Adobe which, I believe, have a hard on for Mizollia.

FF v28.0 does just fine with a little understanding concerning Adobe Flash Player versions.

I don't care what Mizollia did after v28.0 but I wish thy would straighten it out.

I still use FF v28.0 as my main browser but just be aware that newer versions of Adobe Flash Player do not necessarily agree with it.

Hopefully the developers will wise up and start signing their add-ons. Seems like a better option than disabling the feature in the browser. I'm still amazed at how many applications are still not signed. If it's not signed I just don't install it.

That is what Classic Theme Restorer is for!

It does not work very well with new "features" (always on 3rd party extensions with no use for majority) that we have been given.

This would only be worth it if Mozilla will exclude any PUP extensions such as Ask Toolbar, Conduit, and all their derivatives. Otherwise, it's a bad move. My favorite extensions like uBlock and unMHT might not be signed so I will not use the latest version of FF making it pointless to use over Chrome.
