Firefox updated, now all settings are gone

Did this happen to anyone else? When I started firefox this morning it showed it had been updated and now all the settings are back to the default. Homepage, history, and all the adblock preferences are gone.
 
It only shows the default profile.

Does anyone have a link to a good adblock list to import? That is the thing I am most bummed about losing.
 
welcome to firefox. this problem has been with firefox from day one. this and the problem with playing some embedded videos is something they have never been able to fix completely.
