Firefox: the bookmarks and history ...

"The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because of one of Firefox's files is in use by another application"

I am using FF 3.5.3 and AVG....nothing has changed but lately this popup happens quite a bit.

Anyone else getting it? I blew out history and also disabled addons....still happens.

I may do a reinstall.

I pushed the button on the desk waited a second and pushed it again. The error was still on the screen when it started back up.
