Firefox - SSL connections being proxied

So our InfoSec group, in their infinite wisdom, decided to start proxy'ing all SSL connections the other day. Now in Firefox whenever you try to establish an SSL connection it prompts you to accept the certificate because it's showing the certificate being issued by the proxy server which differs than who owns the certificate.

Temporarily ignoring why I think this is a bad idea in the first place, is there a way to get FF to stop issuing warnings every time it establishes an SSL connection either by whitelisting proxy.mycompany.com, ignoring any certificate discrepancies (obviously not the preferred method) or something else?

I assume this means I would have to get a copy of the certificate from our InfoSec people? Probably no way to pull it down directly from the proxy?
