Firefox Shortcuts

Does Firefox have any mouse/keyboard shortcut to save an image instead of right clicking on an image and selecting "save image"?

Opera can do that by right clicking on the image while holding ctrl. I was wondering if I can do something similar in Firefox.

Also, are there menu editors that can edit Firefox's context sensitive menus?

just what you said has always worked easily for me. What could be simpler than right clicking on an image and selecting "save image"?

So you seek something to install onto your computer to save you that 2nd mouse click? Seems silly to me.

There are of course various screen capture apps, like snagit and other similar ones. I have snagit but rarely use it, & may uninstall it.
