Firefox screen vibrating

I've had firefox for a whle and now the screen may vibrate at my homepage or randomly. This happens when its currently loading and doesnt stop untill i hit refresh. When it's done loading it may still vibrate, but sometimes it doesnt.

What version are you running? Update to the latest?

My SeaMonkey is doing the same thing.
