Acccording to that chart Chrome 3.0 on XP runs 15x faster than IE7 on vista. Somehow that seems suspect.

The only time I have run into a slow web browser is when using firefox in ubuntu on a GX150 with 256MB of ram and a 1.13Ghz Pentium 3.

How do those performance indexes translate to real time? Are we talking seconds, milliseconds?

I bet XP would just absolutely fly in the instances when I regularly eclipse 3.5GB ram usage in Vista x64. I'll gladly take any trivial/meaningless browser speed decrease. 64bit and Super Fetch more than make up for it.
