Firefox question...

I know how to backup my bookmarks...How do I backup my appdata? I deleted my profile yesterday WITHOUT doing this, so I reinstalled a lot of the extensions I had beforehand.

How do I back this up?

Also, I can't disable the smooth-scroll. Each time I uncheck that option, it's still enabled.

i'd say try re-installing the program, then go from there. i've only ever used firefox a few times on windows, as i'm basically always on either fedora, ubuntu, freeBSD, solaris or tiger. no time for windows these days...
