I use Firefox and many times when I go to a web site, (ie. webster.com) it tells me I need to install a missing plugin, such as Quicktime. I already had quicktime installed. Despite this, I go and reinstall it. It still gives me this error. The same thing happens with WMP. How do I get Firefox to recognize I have these apps installed?
