Firefox Question

I recently purchased a new wireless Dynex mouse. Using my previous mouse, I could use the mouse side buttons to navigate forward and backwards. Using this Dynex mouse, Firefox does not seem to recognize the side buttons. What's even more strange is that when I use Internet Explorer, it recognizes them fine.

Any suggestions?

Is the driver up to date on the mouse? If so, check the settings on the mouse in the control panel and see how they are set.

Driver is up to date. I has the two side buttons set to forward & back as they should be.

Try setting them as generic button. That worked for my Logitech.
