Is there a setting in Firefox that will open all links in tabbed window instead of a new Firefox window?

These two do more than what you are asking for..

Tabbrowser Preferences: I use this in conjunction with a few other extensions to make it work like TBE

Tabbrowser Extensions (TBE): I stopped using this because of some issues with pop-up windows (can't open unblocked popups) .. but it might have been fixed already..
