firefox problem

when i try to install a newer version of java it wont let me because it only recognizes internet explorer (in the installation process it says "regist java plug in with browsers" and only has IE there).

You should be able to DL the latest SDK and point JAVA_HOME to the directory it's installed in.

Not 1000% on this, but it should be close.
