Firefox problem

Hello all,

I just switched to Firefox and everything has been fine. but today, i got a newsletter from newegg and opened it, only to find a bunch of gibberish (body is just a bunch of mixed text). so, how do i fix this problem? thanks.
 
Did you install any themes or Extensions? I had a similar problem, uninstalled the latest Themes and Extensions and did a Shift-Reload when I re-launched and all was well.

 
it was the newegg ad that they send out once in a while. it's an html email (is that what you call it?)

i'm using hotmail to read it.
