Firefox not opening new windows

A user updated his firefox from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4 and for some reason he is now unable to open new windows from inside firefox (right click> open in new window, won't work). I've tried rolling back to 1.0.3 but the same problem now happens in that version also. I have a feeling something in the registry isn't removed when you uninstall firefox. Any ideas what could be wrong, or a way to completely clear registry of firefox?

Nevermind, fixed my own problem.

Incase anyone searches for this, all you have to do is uninstall Firefox, delete the Documents and Settings>USERNAME>Application Data>Mozilla>Firefox folder, and then reinstall.

Voila, clean install of Firefox.
