Got a friend running XP Pro SP2 with Norton Internet Security.

When in Hotmail and sending a mail reply, she gets HTML text in the original
senders message text in Firefox but not IE.

Could this be related to Norton settings?
or possibly something else.
Hotmail says it could be related to FF settings, but I don't know
what...

Any ideas guys?
