Firefox issues...

My firefox just has problems playing embedded MIDIs and/or playing them in their own window...

It gives me the puzzle icon and says click to fix, and tries to get me to install Quicktime... but it will never install...

I hate quicktime, and just want to listen to midis... Any ideas???

Get Quicktime Alternative.

QuickTime Alternative will allow you to play QuickTime files (.mov, .qt and other extensions) without having to install the official QuickTime Player. It also supports QuickTime content that is embedded in webpages.

The quicktime alternative helped me watch .mov videos and other things, but it still gives me errors for embedded MIDIs...

The real question here is why you want to listen to embedded midis.

Its not the fact that I want to listen to them, its the fact that the annoying bar comes down everytime I go to a page that has one...

Plus, I can't listen to ringtone files that I want to get for my phone...
